My experience at Citygate SKODA Colindale was excellent because the staff (in particular Richard) have great customer service skills and made me feel like a valued and important customer. Richard clearly explained the processes to me and took the time to answer all of my queries, and it was all done with a smile. Thank you!

Citygate SKODA Colindale were really helpful and I'd recommend them because - Car sales techniques remain archaic a 25 year old script that seldom changes (eg;I'll have to talk to my manager about that etc, etc;)........That really leaves us no margin on the vehicle....Yawn....However the guys at Citygate Colindale were pleasant and courteous, although slavishly following the aged sales script.

The staff at Citygate SKODA Colindale were good because although there were delays in the process they compensated by delivering to my door.

My experience at Citygate SKODA Colindale could have been better because my car was faulty at purchase and it was frustrating to hand over a new car to be fixed. I purchased a Skoda on the basis of mechanical reliability and was let down on that front and I constantly had to chase to get updates etc.
